These are a traditionally dark Christmas cake & use only the best ingredients, dried mixed fruit soaked in French Brandy and fresh New Zealand butter and eggs. The cakes are doused in more brandy as they come out of the oven keeping the cake moist and delicious.
Our artisan Christmas cakes are glazed with apricot jam and a beautiful selection of dried & glace fruit, almonds & cashews creating a spectacular presentation finished with a festive ribbon.
Our small Christmas cakes make the perfect Christmas gift and are 10cm diameter and weigh approx. 400grams.
