These are a traditionally dark Christmas cake & use only the best ingredients, dried mixed fruit soaked in French Brandy and fresh New Zealand butter and eggs. The cakes are doused in more brandy as they come out of the oven keeping the cake moist and delicious.
Our artisan Christmas cakes are glazed with apricot jam and a beautiful selection of dried & glace fruit, almonds & cashews creating a spectacular presentation.
The large cake is 2.8kg and 22cm diameter wrapped with a festive ribbon, ready to serve.
