I have an extensive background in the food industry – both as a Home Ec teacher and more recently as an owner of a catering business for 15 years.

The Good Batch is delighted to bring you  hand crafted baked goods that celebrate the enjoyment and satisfaction of using quality ingredients to create these delicious recipes developed over time from our mothers, grandmothers and friends. We are sure you will find your favourites and maybe something new to try.

What a wonderful way to say “thank you”,” I’m thinking of you” or “congratulations”… or to treat yourself, family and friends to the bliss of home baking!
